Wow I'm finally finished updating!!

Wow... OK so this took a lot longer than i thought that it would.  I think that was because i couldn't make up my mind on what Template i would use! I would like to thank you all for putting up with me changing all the time. I hope that you all like my new look!  I was trying to go for Bright and cheery!!  Something to make me smile everyday! (I really need it right now)  Tomorrow i will have some more cards for you.  A thank you card that I am making my sister in-law.  Hope you come back to see again tomorrow!

Hi everyone!  I hope that everyone had a great weekend!  It was a busy weekend for me and the family.  My husbands brother got married on Saturday!! YAY  I'm so happy for them! Julie (the bride) was just gorgeous.  Here are some pictures from that day.  I'm in the black dress with my hair half up and half down.

Let's Ink it Up Challenge #3

Hello everyone, and I hope your all having a wonderful Thursday!!  I am because i get a 3 day weekend!!! YAY!!!  I had to create a card for my brother in-laws wedding this weekend so I decided to make one for a challenge!!  Lets Ink It Up is having their 3rd challenge, Use your favourite stamp plus a charm.   My favourite stamp right now is these Flourishes from CTMH.  I just love them.. they add such elegance to the card.  The charm i used is from a local store in town here.  It says "love"  Sorry i have been having issues lately with the light and taking pictures of my cards... there is usually too much light or not enough.  So that is why the pictures look a little funny. The scalloped cardstock is a greenish color ( Garden Green, i think!)

Now these pictures i took yesturday while i was sitting in my bedroom.  My hubby noticed that we had our little (well not so little) friend come by to say hi!!  He is so beautiful.  I wish the pictures would have turned out a little bit better. 

Challenge with CANDY !!! Halloween Treat holder Tutorial

I can't believe how quiet the house has been this morning! I had a little bit extra time this morning so i went online to U-tube and found this video of how to make a Halloween Treat Holder. Wendy aka stampmyart, the lady that made this video was very nice to let me post this. I created one myself. I changed mine up a little bit and didn't use a stamp set from CTMH I used Therese (Paperfacesdesign) design that she created just for the Challenge on CDAC that starts September 9th . If you are a member of CDAC you will recieve the image for FREE!! That's right FREE!!! I know that you cant see it but there are lots of sparkles on the stars.... for that added bling!!! How about you guys try your hand at making one of these or something that uses Therese images.

I will be giving away one of my pack of already made cards that i have up for sale. Plus an "A" sized stamp set from CTMH Your choice of what one.  I'll give you your options when I contact you if you have won.

WooHoo Another Design Team!!!

Good evening everyone!!  I hope that everyone is having a wonderful weekend.  My weekend started out good and it should end good!  Friday morning i woke up to find an email from Pattie’s Creations Challenge Design Team stating that I am on her New Design Team!!!  I'm so excited about this!!  The first challenge will be on October 8th.  There are 12 members to the Design team.  You should head on over to Pattie's Creations Challenge and check out all of the wonderfully talented women that is part of this DT.  I will be adding the DT names and links on the side bar soon. 

Girls have Flower Power!!!! Layout

Good morning everyone!!!  Like i said in my last post that i created a layout, and i would post it today so that is why i'm here!!  The layout i created I'm entering it into 2 challenges.  The first challenge is for Glitterbabes Challenges (challenge #10).  For this challenge i had to use one of her freebies and the project had to have sparkles on it.  I don't know if you can see the sparkles but I coated the flowers and sprinkled some on the black background as well. The flowers on the page is the Freebie,  I changed the color of the flower from black to pink before i printed them.   The second challenge is for Craft you Passion Challenges (Challenge # 21).  For this challenge i had to use the colors Pink and Black.  So as you can see i used pink and black!!!  I just love this layout.

PaperFaces Designs Christmas DT project

Hello everyone. I finally have finished the Christmas project for Paperfaces Design . Therese has made some new Angels just for Christmas. You should go check out her Etsy shop to find yourself one of her beautiful Angels. I made a chipboard mini album with "Angel Candace", "Angel Elvia", "Angel miriam" and "Angel Rainie" I wanted to use more but i ran out of room in the album!!
